Made using fresh tomatoes grown locally in our Isle of Wight nurseries, our Shakshuka is a medium spiced sauce so you can add more of a kick if you like it super spicy! To enjoy this smokey, sweet North African dish just pour the Shakshuka sauce into a deep frying pan and heat through. Make two wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. Put a lid on the pan and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Serve with warm flatbreads. Try with tofu & spinach for a vegan twist.
